Physician

Post-fellowship, or post-residency and not enrolled in a fellowship program at the time of TCT^® Plus Middle East 2025 — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries

Allied Health Professional

Nurses, technologists, physician assistants, researchers, pharmacists, hospital administrators, biostatisticians, and other non-physicians professionally engaged in interventional cardiovascular medicine — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries

Fellow

Enrolled in a fellowship training program at the time of TCT^® Plus Middle East 2025.

Medical Resident

A medical resident is a licensed physician who has graduated from medical school and is undergoing specialized training in a particular field of medicine at the time of TCT^® Plus Middle East 2025. Residents are also known as resident physicians or resident doctors. Medical residents may register under the Fellow registration type.

Industry Professional

Employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, financial, or other industries — including such employees who are MD, DO, PhD, RN, PA, PharmD, or any other type of health care professional whose primary professional activity is as an employee of such a company.

Saudi Arabian Government Employee

Any employee of the Saudi Arabian government. You will be required to present your government ID to pick up your badge.

Registration for and access to TCT^® Plus Middle East 2025 is subject to the Registration Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
• Cancellations more than 8 weeks before the event (before Thursday, February 20, 2025, 11:59 PM): A full refund may be issued, minus a processing/administrative fee (3.2%), or as determined by the event organizers.
• Cancellations more than 2 weeks before the event (between Friday, February 21, 2025 and Wednesday, April 2, 2025, 11:59 PM): A 50% refund may be issued, minus a processing/administrative fee, or as determined by the event organizers.
• Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event (on or after Thursday, April 3, 2025, 12:00 AM): No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this period.
• Non-attendance: Failure to attend the event without prior cancellation will result in no refund.

Substitutions

• If you are unable to attend, a substitution may be made at no extra charge for individuals of the same registration category (example: only a physician may be replaced with a physician).
• All substitutions must be communicated in writing at least 7 days prior to the event (Thursday, April 9, 2025 by 11:59 PM) by emailing [email protected]. No substitutions will be accepted after this time.
• The substituted attendee must meet the same eligibility criteria and will be subject to the same terms and conditions as the original registrant.
